PASTOR JIM TORMEY

Hello, my name is Jim Tormey and my wife Kathy and I have been at New Salem since June 17, 2007. Both my wife Kathy and I believe that God has led us to New Salem and we are very excited to see what God will do. I believe God doesn’t make mistakes and if we follow Him completely and whole heartedly He will do great things. Shortly after coming here I believe God gave me this verse as a promise. Jeremiah 29:11; NIV “ For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.” We are believing that God is going to bless this congregation and we would like to invite you to be apart of this exciting adventure. Following God is always an adventure but seeing God change lives is the greatest thing we can be apart of and I will trust Him for everything to the best of my ability. I am called to reveal God’s truth, to change lives!
