Monthly Mission Focus: (November - December):

RETA - Reason Enough to Act - 300 W. High Street – Elkhart, IN 46516

Summary of programs offered:  RETA provides physical, emotional and spiritual support to women experiencing an unplanned pregnancy so they will choose life for their baby, and live healthier, more independent lives themselves.

Volunteer opportunities:  Volunteers are needed for support to residents, in the Pregnancy Help Services offices, as relief parents, teaching classes, transportation, office help and fund raising.  Call 574-522-3888.

Stone Soup – Community Food Pantry – 702 S. Chapin – South Bend, IN 46601

MAC Food Pantry – 504 W. Mishawaka – Mishawaka, IN 46545 (at Albright UMC)

Programs offered include providing food to people in need. Helping people connect with community resources. Budgeting help, emergency financial assistance, mentoring of single parents and seniors.

Needs include financial giving, counseling, one-on-one with clients after initial training under supervision.
